I was also chosen to represent the school in the West Zone Junior Science Whiz Challenge 2023 with five other classmates. This competition had given us a good opportunity to explore STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) as a subject.
I had the privilege of representing my school in the ‘Wits & Words Inter-school Debate Competition’ along with five of my other classmates. The Inter-school Debate Championship, jointly organised by the Gifted Education Branch and Raffles Girls' School (Secondary), focused on building the oral competencies of the eloquent students. The experience helped me to internalise the importance of teamwork, clear communication, and clarity of thoughts.
AI was selected to participate in the Rosyth Imagine Cup Challenge, 2021, where I made a game on climate change using Scratch named “Bin It!” The game was aimed at educating students on the impact of littering on the earth, climate change, and the importance of recycling.
